Team moves to new factory over the winter and the factory is officially opened 16th June by Michael Heseltine, MP.
Stability for 1984 as Williams keep Rosberg and Laffite and continue with the FW09 first raced in the last race of the previous season.
In the first full season with the Honda engine the team finishes 6th in the constructors championship and Rosberg is the highest placed of the two drivers in 8th place with one win.
