This season Nico Hülkenberg made way for GP2 Pastor Maldonado and his PDVSA backers alongside the returning Rubens Barrichello.
The team records one of the worst ever finishes in 9th position and mid-season there is a clear out of tech staff with long standing Sam Michael leaving and Mike Coughlan leading the new tech team.
WilliamsF1 also floats on the Frankfurt stock exchange in March.
